ON THE CONCEPT OF FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT TO FAVOURABLE ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The origin of human right to favourable environment as a fundamental human right. Constitutional enshrinement of the right to environment as fundamental human right. Apart from its decisive significance for human health and healthy evolution of future generations the fundamental human right to environment is extremely significant for all activities of man and society incl. the economic field in which material values are created.Downloads
