THE PRINCIPLE OF SUBSIDIARITY IN THE LIGHT OF PERSONAL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
Abstract
Legal responsibility is important element of legal development of every state. Authors consider theprinciple of subsidiarity in the aspects of the legal development. 1. It is assumed that the manuscript offered has not been previously published.
